Waidangong [ 外丹功 ] is an exercise that everyone should know. Let me relate the experience I gained from practicing it. Before I started practicing this wonderful exercise I used to dream of deceased relatives and friends in my sleep. It was so disturbing and frightening after I woke up. The reasons might be that I felt sad and could not stop thinking that they had departed from this world.
One day I casually mentioned to a friend about this happening and surprisingly she told me she also had the same problem before but was cured after exercising Waidangong [ 外丹功 ] and so advised me to take up the exercise. At first I was quite skeptical. Nevertheless I decided to try out. After doing Waidangong [ 外丹功 ] exercise for some months I found that it really gave me some benefits. I dreamt less often and eventually without realizing it, I had better and peaceful sleep.
Now I truly believe that Waidangong [ 外丹功 ] does benefit me physically mentally and emotionally. I would like to advise those people who are ignorant about Waidangong [ 外丹功 ] to find out for themselves the benefits they will gain from this exercise.
I practice Waidangong [ 外丹功 ] daily and faithfully because I know it will give me better health and therefore enjoy life in my twilight years. Perseverance and patience is the key to success in Waidangong [ 外丹功 ].
