Waidangong Movement 1 - 外丹功第一式 Main Points:
Inhaling fresh oxygen and exhaling stale carbon dioxide. You improve your health through the movement of the stomach.
Waidangong Movement 1 - 外丹功第一式 Method:
1: Your feet remain in the positions of the preliminary movement.
2: Place your left palm on the abdomen below the navel and the right palm on the back of the left hand, fingers apart.
3: Keep the back of the head, backbone, and legs in a straight, but relaxed line .
4: Lean the head slightly back and inhale through the nose until the stomach is filled with air.
5: Once the stomach is filled with air, immediately bend the upper body forward to an angle of about 15 degrees press in the stomach with both hands, and blow the air toward the ground through rounded lips.
6: Between inhaling and exhaling, the breath should not be held.
7: Do the movement nine times.
