Han Calisthenics 漢導引 Movement 9  also known as Open Arms - 漢導引第九式 運臂式Han Calisthenics 漢導引 Movement 9  also known as Open Arms - 漢導引第九式 運臂式, this movement serves to stretch the two sides of the body and maintain deep breath.

Han Calisthenics Movement 9 - 漢導引第九式 Main Points:

Bend and straighten body alternating at the left and right side. While the hand in one arm points at the sky, the other goes downward to point at the ground.




Han Calisthenics 漢導引 Movement 9  also known as Open Arms - 漢導引第九式 運臂式 Han Calisthenics Movement 9 - 漢導引第九式 Method:

1: Position feet as wide as shoulder.

2: Relax both palms and make open fists (with empty center) as you squat down, let fists go down naturally along the knees.

3: Eyes of the fists (circles formed by thumbs and index fingers) facing front, elbows and fists hunging straight down down relaxed, with your head looking down.

4: Immediately look upward and open chest, extend and raise both hands up and backward on both sides to as high as shoulder, with open palms facing up, inhailing.

5: Contract abdomen while inhailing, let the air fill up your chest.

6: Exhail when you can not inhail any more. As you close in your chest, bring both hands to the front of your chest, palms facing each other.

Say "See ........." on your way down (while inhaling) and continue with "Foo ......" on your way up (while exhaling).
