Han Calisthenics 漢導引 Movement 4  also known as Body Slanting ( Left  ) - 漢導引第四式 迎風走冰─左右兩式Han Calisthenics 漢導引 Movement 4  also known as Body Slanting ( Left Right ) - 漢導引第四式 迎風走冰─左右兩式, this movement serves to send Qi to the tips of the upper limbs (or to feel Qi activation)..

Han Calisthenics Movement 4 - 漢導引第四式 Main Points:

Stretch your arms to their full extend, then bend the hands upward to form a 90 degree angle. Focus on the middle finger on one side for approximately 10 seconds. Repeat the same on the other side.

Left

1: The palms remain in the same position as in the previous part of this movement.

2: Move the left foot forward to the left and do 4: and 5: of the previous part. .

3: Then move the left foot to its original position.

Right

1: Stand with the heels close together, the front parts of the feet apart.

2: Place the left palm on the stomach below the naval and the right palm on the back of the left hand.

3: Move the right foot forward to the right.

4: Slant the body forward and press in the stomach, uttering "Heng'

5: Then straighten up the body and let the stomach expand, uttering "Ha".

6: Move the right foot back to its original position.
