Waidangong Movement 10, 11: Leg-Trembling - 外丹功第十、十一式 : 單腳垂翹固腎功 Waidangong 外丹功 Movement 10, 11 also known as Leg-Trembling - 外丹功第十、十一式 單腳垂翹固腎功, this movement strengthens the bones, joints and tendons of the legs and improves the functions 0£ the kidneys and bladder.

Waidangong Movement 10, 11 - 外丹功第Leg-Trembling - 外丹功第十、十一式 Main Points:

Lifting the legs strengthens the kidneys; It also benefits the bladder and intestines.

Waidangong Movement 10, 11 - 外丹功第十、十一式  Method:

Left Leg-Trembling

1: Two arms are held on the two sides of the body, each arm forming an angle of 45 degrees with the body, the thumb and small finger of each hand sticking out and the other fingers folded against the palm.

2: Raise the left leg forward but slightly to the left, with the toes pointing upward.

3: Move the foot forward and backward nine times.

4: Relax the left thigh and turn the left leg backward, with the foot slightly above the ground. Wait for original Ch'i to make the leg, stomach and chest -tremble. Duration: 30 seconds or more.

Repeat 2:, 3: and 4: of movement 10 with the right leg.
